Private Party Deposit

Schedule and make your deposit for your private party here. To secure your desired date, you must submit the $100 deposit.


As the hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guest to register is 5 days prior to your event. 


If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.

To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 10 guests {including yourself} register AND ATTEND your event. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get at least 10 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (5 days prior to event), your event will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Private Party Workshops will last about 2.5 hours on the date and time you have secured. Hammer & Stain Newburyport is responsible for set up, all materials needed for the DIY project, instruction, and clean up. ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers. 

Everyone attending your workshop MUST BE at least 18 years of age unless it is a family event. 

Once someone has registered and picked their design, NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, we will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.
