Looking for a unique birthday experience for your child? Look no further! Host a private party at our studio for a fun & creative party experience!

Your child & friends will be thrilled to celebrate at our studio with one of our DIY kid friendly workshops, and you will love that the mess will not be in your home

We guide children and youth through their projects which last about 1.5 hours!
You may provide your own cake, snacks and drinks!
Our amazing staff offers guided instruction for each project!
Choose from 3-4 different projects & many custom designs & themes!
We provide all of the materials to complete the project of choice!
Each guest will leave with a homemade beautiful, fun, whimsical project that she/he creates!!
Hammer & Stain handles all of the clean up so you can enjoy the party
Our Birthday Parties are great for kids ages 5+ and we require an 8 kid min with a 20 kid max

If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.
