February (Winter) Break Arts & Crafts Camp (Feb. 18, 20, 21, 2025) @ Central Congregational Church Newburyport, MA

Join us during February break for a fun and engaging experience doing winter-themed arts and craft at our Winter Break Camp!! This camp is geared toward children ages 5-8  and 9-12 . Each day, kids create 2-3 art projects to take home. We offer a variety of projects to stimulate your child's creative side! 

**Please make sure to include your email when you sign your children up. You will recieve an email with a google form to collect information about your child closer to the date of the camp**

Camp Hours: (9:00-12:00):

-Ages 5-8 and 9-12 (each age group will work on engaging age appropriate projects)

-2-3 projects per day

-break a snack for break time

We will create winter thememed projects. Some examples of the projects we will make are: snow globe, winter mosaic (penguin and polar bear), ceramic light painting, painting a 3-D wood sign, creating a winter scene with items from nature, wood cut outs, paint, and paper. 


 

 

Terms & Conditions:

***Once your order has been submitted, due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS!

***Each guest attending the workshop must have a ticket due to limited space and materials.

If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for a future workshop.

If you can not attend a workshop you have registered for you have 2 options:

  1. We can package up your project with instructions & tools needed so you can complete at home
  2.  You can MOVE YOUR SEAT and project to a future workshop date (within 30 days of your original date) for a $20 seat transfer fee

PLEASE NOTE: you can NOT swap your original project for a different project.

** Make sure to EMAIL us at: Renee@hsnewburyport.com if you can not attend a workshop.  If you do not show up for a workshop and do not notify us, you forfeit your payment & project.  We only hold projects for up to 60 days - after 60 days you forfeit your payment & project.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.
